Me again: I didn’t and still don’t think Charlie Kirk was a particularly important American fascist, just one of half a dozen or so in the top tier, so I’m stupidly surprised by the response to his death. Seems like overkill.

Let’s hope Trump’s death is slow, lingering, painful, and natural, because if he goes suddenly, the celebratory response of decent people will be lots louder, and the response of the moneyed media and government (which always work together) will be arrests, maybe executions.

Judges are increasingly targeted, with some facing bomb threats, “swattings” and other harassment. Judges especially involved in high-profile cases — and their families — have reported receiving violent threats.

The judge who said the Supreme Court justices are behaving inexcusably has received threats of violence and is now fearful when someone knocks on the door at home.

If major efforts are not made to address the situation, the judge said, “somebody is going to die.”

Anyone who endorses this or participates in it, is scum.
