The site recently migrated to a new host with different software, and the process uglified pretty much every page published before October 18, 2024. Sorry about that, and if I live long enough I’ll get those pages beautified again, but it’ll take years.

More and more people from my life have died over the years, which is to be expected. With rare exceptions, though, they’re not the ones who deserved it. The people who ought to be dead, like me, just keep chugging along.
